The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) is a faith formation program designed to welcome and guide individuals on their journey of becoming Catholic or fully entering into communion with the Catholic Church.
Through a series of catechetical sessions, prayer experiences, and community engagement, the OCIA program aims to foster spiritual growth, deepen participants' understanding of Catholic teachings, and prepare them for the sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist, and Confirmation.
Registration for the OCIA program is now open. Registration form can be obtained after each English mass in the main narthex, at the parish front office, or simply download below.
The deadline for registration is Oct 6th, and we encourage interested individuals to sign up as soon as possible to secure their place in the program.
The OCIA program warmly welcomes individuals from various backgrounds who are seeking to grow in their faith and explore the Catholic tradition.
Eligible candidates include:
Unbaptized adults who are interested in becoming Catholic and receiving the sacraments of initiation (Baptism, Eucharist, and Confirmation).
Baptized Christians from other traditions who wish to enter into full communion with the Catholic Church through the sacraments of Eucharist and Confirmation.
Baptized Catholics who have not yet received the sacraments of Eucharist and Confirmation.
Our dedicated team of experienced presenters and facilitators will lead the OCIA program.
These individuals possess a profound understanding of the Catholic faith and are committed to guiding candidates through their spiritual journey with compassion and wisdom.
